Vacuum Excavation
Vacuum excavation offers a safe method of excavating soil from in and around existing pipelines cabels and sewers. Material is sucked up by the force of the air from a hydraulic power arm without directly touching anything. It is often used in areas where there is mutliple utilities.
During Vaccum excavation, a suction pipe is used which is also highly flexible and can be extended by adding extra length to the end of the pipe.
Vacuum excavation requires a smaller, self-contained excavation area, meaning there is less disruption to traffic and pedestrians. Vacuum excavation is more environmentally friendly as there is less disturbance to the soils and ground materials.
